Under this category people who have successful businesses in other countries and want to come to Canada as immigrants are eligible to apply. It needs proper business plans and strategies and detailed filing. Also farmers who can manage farms in Canada can qualify under this category.
- Sponsoring your family: Under this category, a Canadian citizen or a permanent resident can sponsor his/her family to Canada. They can sponsor their spouse, partners and dependent children.

- Quebec selected skilled workers: Under this process the candidates apply directly to the province of Quebec and then the province gives the candidate a (Certificat de sélection du Québec).
